Background of the Foundation Junior tennis program:

The program was started in 2001 as part of our outreach program to the local community. The goal is to promote sports, in particular tennis as a part of learning valuable “life skills” such as health, fitness and constructive competition.  

In 2003 the notable German club coach, coach Marek was brought onboard to head the program. Taking on training of the program and notable players like young rising star Noppawan Letcheewakarn “Nok”.

Nok this year 2009 reached the world # 1 Junior ranking by capturing 4 grand slam titles: the 2008 US Open doubles title, the 2009 French Open doubles title and both the 2009 Wimbledon singles and doubles titles. Becoming by far the most accomplished Asian junior player.

Future Junior Star: Earn
Sirinapa Homman, Commonly known as Earn, is definitely earning a lot of points through her solid forehand. Only 11 year of age, Earn started to play tennis at age 9, and has shown a lot of improvement. Watch out for this promising junior star.
